Graduate programme overview

We are currently recruiting graduates to join programmes in Commercial Bank, Retail Banking, Barclaycard, Finance, Technology, Tax and HR

Although they're all structured slightly differently, each programme gives you an excellent grounding in our wider business while also preparing you for life in your chosen specialist area.
